Valeo Cyclee™
Valeo has developed a unique electric assistance solution for bicycles, integrating a 48-volt electric motor and a seven-speed automatic and adaptive gearbox developed in partnership with the French company Effigear. In addition, Valeo also supplies, through a partnership with a French company, the battery pack and interface that is positioned on the bike’s handlebars to display all the system’s operating information. With a power output of 130 Nm (Newton*meter), it is the most powerful electric assistance system on the market today.
Valeo Trained Park4U®
Trained Park4U, an autonomous parking system, relieves the driver of repetitive parking operations, such as in a private driveway. The driver “trains” the system by performing the maneuver once himself. The system memorizes the environment and can then reproduce the maneuver anytime, as it recognizes the environment, even if it is changed by the season, weather or moving objects. With the help of built-in sensors, the system detects any objects in its pathway and avoids collisions by adjusting direction. Drivers will particularly appreciate this technology in narrow or angled driveways.
Valeo interior immersive fascia
Interactivity and safety are at the core of this unique decorative crystal-like system that integrates human-machine interface, dynamic lighting and backlight solutions. When the system is activated, the “metal” decoration is translucent and the interactive interface appears. Lighting is used for ambiance with animation and also includes functions for enhanced safety, such as warning signals. The system has a metal aspect when off and a sparkling diamond aspect when the system is activated. The eye-catching design and combination of features delivers a highly specific and strong brand signature.
Valeo Thin Bilite lighting module
This Valeo new lighting module design offers a reduced 15mm lens height and includes dual functionalities for Low Beam & High Beam together in the same packaging. This allows smooth integration into vehicle fascia for a thin stylish appearance. Today, there is a clear design trend in automotive lighting with thinner headlamps, especially on some new EVs, due to the obsoletion of the front grill.
